New personnel are assigned to client projects that will develop their knowledge and add real world experience to a strong academic background. Internships
You have the opportunity to apply your accounting education while learning about the inner-workings of a successful CPA firm. Your internship might involve research, client service in audit or tax engagements, and applying some of the analytical and problem-solving skills that you have learned in school.
Professional Development
Your professional growth is as important to us as it is to you. We will do our best to help you develop the skills necessary to be successful in the accounting profession. The path to professional development can be virtually unlimited when combined with your own initiative, determination and desire.
Much of your development will come from on-the-job experience. Also, you will have qualifying professional training each year through in-house staff training, professional organizations and outside seminars and conferences.
We provide our professionals with the technical tools needed to succeed, including on-line research tools and all levels of communication technologies to better serve our clients.
